I really dislike regular calorie counting as it takes time and effort. You also need to make sure you have your calorie chart handy. And as you may know, counting calories is just half of the story! Same calorie count from different food types are not the same.

I like eating plan that provides you with guidance and flexibility to adjust it to your needs, eating habits and your specific goals.
I have studied countless number of eating plans. I was looking for a good way of losing weight whilst eating tasty and healthy food.
